Zeeco Breaks Ground on Major Manufacturing Expansion in Broken Arrow
A Global Leader, Investing Locally
The Broken Arrow Economic Development Corporation (BAEDC) is proud to announce the groundbreaking of Zeeco, Inc.’s 200,000-square-foot manufacturing expansion at its Global Technology Center in Broken Arrow.
This major investment will bring 50+ new manufacturing jobs to the community and boost Zeeco’s total employment in Broken Arrow to more than 200. The expansion includes state-of-the-art equipment upgrades that will significantly increase the company’s manufacturing capacity and modernize the facility to match global standards.
“Over our 46-year history, this facility has expanded as our business has grown, but nothing like what we’re doing today,” Zink said. “We’re bringing in advanced and state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment to modernize the facility and bring it up to the standards we’ve set for our other six in-house manufacturing facilities around the world.”
Originally commissioned in 1979, the facility has evolved into a global innovation hub, home to the world’s largest combustion research and test center and Zeeco’s Advanced Research Complex. This expansion will further solidify Broken Arrow’s role as a leader in advanced manufacturing and technology.
A Collaborative Success
The expansion is the result of strategic partnership between Zeeco, the City of Broken Arrow, and local and state economic development leaders.
