Education

The City of Broken Arrow is served by two public school districts: Broken Arrow Public Schools (BAPS) and Union Public Schools (UPS). Both districts offer students real-world workforce experience through partnerships with private industry, higher education and technical colleges, preparing them for careers after graduation. That foundation carries into a workforce that is skilled, adaptable, and ready to meet industry demand. Higher education and hands-on training opportunities, including Northeastern State University’s Broken Arrow campus and Tulsa Technology Center, help students and professionals continue building in-demand skills. More than 94% of residents have earned a high school diploma or higher, well above the national average of 87.7%.
