The Broken Arrow Economic Development Corporation (BAEDC) staff provides their expertise and professional assistance to businesses looking to locate, move, or expand in the Broken Arrow market.
We can provide data on the community, assist in site identification, perform custom research on the market, and assist with applying for state and local incentives. We work with area businesses with workforce recruitment and training by connecting them with the resources they need to be successful. This includes collaborating with our partners in education and government, assistance applying for incentives, and working with existing businesses to access resources and grow.

The BAEDC strives to support entrepreneurs focused on creating innovative, disruptive, and efficient technologies. Our staff provides educational services and networking opportunities to a wide range of local innovators and entrepreneurs.
We lead and participate in a number of initiatives aimed at developing Broken Arrow’s entrepreneurial ecosystem within the greater Tulsa Region, and together with the City of Broken Arrow, we are making strides on the development of a state-of-art innovation district to promote connectivity and collaboration.
Broken Arrow has access to a wealth of educational institutions that provide our citizens and workforce Pre-K through Master’s degree education without leaving the city. We work to develop and update the skills of employees to meet the needs of our ever-changing businesses.
Innovation District
We are excited to announce that the City of Broken Arrow has recently closed on a 90 Acre parcel of land within the community. The land will be used as the future site of the Innovation District, a mixed-use development featuring residential, commercial, and educational components while focusing on high-paying career opportunities.
The Innovation District will be a collaborative effort alongside developers, local businesses, the Broken Arrow Economic Development Corporation, the City of Broken Arrow, as well as public and higher education to recruit businesses, provide support, and create a pipeline to keep locally grown talented individuals in Broken Arrow.
