CSI Aerospace Becomes First Tenant of Broken Arrow’s Arrow Forge Innovation District

June 2025 – City Council Greenlights Major Expansion Project Set to Spur Growth, Innovation, and Job Creation

The City of Broken Arrow has taken a significant step toward building the future of aerospace and advanced manufacturing by officially approving CSI Aerospace, Incorporated as the first tenant in the city’s newly developing Arrow Forge Innovation District.

At Monday’s City Council meeting, councilors unanimously voted in favor of an incentive package that will support the relocation and expansion of CSI Aerospace, Inc. from its current location at 2020 W. Detroit Street to a newly constructed facility within Arrow Forge, located along Florence Street just east of Olive Avenue.

“CSI Aerospace’s decision to expand within Broken Arrow and anchor the Arrow Forge Innovation District is a major win for our community,” said Michael Spurgeon, City Manager of Broken Arrow. “It reflects the City Council’s commitment to strategic economic development and demonstrates the power of public-private partnerships in creating long-term opportunity. This is exactly the kind of investment we envisioned when Arrow Forge was first proposed — and it’s only the beginning.”

About The CSI Aerospace, Inc. Expansion Project

The project represents a capital investment of at least $6.1 million, the creation of 50 new high-quality jobs over the next five years, and the relocation of 108 existing employees. With an anticipated total economic output of $26.5 million, this milestone further solidifies Broken Arrow’s place as a regional leader in innovation and industry.

“We’re proud to be the first company launching operations at Arrow Forge,” said Andy Feeley, Vice President of CSI Aerospace. “This move allows us to expand our capabilities, retain and grow our talented workforce, and continue delivering advanced aerospace solutions to customers around the world. We’re excited to grow alongside this visionary district and the community of Broken Arrow.”

CSI Aerospace, a premier maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) facility for air data probes and a subsidiary of Heico Corp., serves commercial, regional, and military aviation markets with cutting-edge solutions. The new 40,000 to 50,000 square foot facility will allow the company to expand its service lines and accommodate increased demand.
