Timeline Update on Tiger Hill Shopping Plaza

News On 6 recently reported, “Developers told News On 6, Tiger Hill Plaza is about 90% finished, meaning more than 15 new restaurants and shops will soon be open to the public.”

Officials broke ground on the site in July 2020 after years of planning. At the time Mayor Craig Thurmond referred to the area as “the last undeveloped section in the area.” Tiger Hill Plaza will sit in about 5 and a half acres and offer 30,000 sq. ft. of retail restaurant space. The shopping plaza is located at the busy intersection of 71st and Lynn Lane.

According to News On 6, additional shops have been added to the previously announced list. When it opens, Tiger Hill Plaza will include in its over 15 restaurants and shops restaurants like Keo, Society Burger, Tacos for Life.
