The Broken Arrow Economic Development Corporation is excited to facilitate Manufacturing Career Day on October 24th, a career awareness program aimed at local high school age students from Broken Arrow Public School and Union Public School. This program is designed to inspire and educate the next generation about the diverse and rewarding opportunities within the manufacturing sector. The program will feature presentations, hands on STEM based activities, and insights from professionals in various manufacturing fields, offering students a firsthand look at the possibilities that await them in this dynamic industry. By fostering awareness and interest in manufacturing careers, we aim to develop a skilled and passionate workforce that will drive the community’s growth and innovation.

In order to make Manufacturing Career Day a resounding success, we are actively seeking volunteers who are industry professionals to share their expertise and experiences with the participating students. If you are a manufacturing professional looking to make a difference and inspire the future generation, we invite you to join us as a volunteer. Your involvement will not only contribute to the success of this event but also play a crucial role in shaping the aspirations of young minds considering a career in manufacturing and STEM.
